MTPR** refers to Maximum Total Periodic Rent. At Manzanita Gate, your MTPR Rent includes charges for sewer, trash, and common area gas & electric. For 1-bedroom apartments, these charges total $92.00 per month, and for 2-bedroom apartments, these charges total $113.00 per month. When you lease at Manzanita Gate, these charges are not tacked on; your non-variable charges are included in a single monthly rate. All apartment homes are subject to a master-metered water system, and a fee for water service will be charged to you as a monthly fee, which is equal to the cost of the water service provided to you. This water system charge is separate from the MTPR.
